Summer Internships

Phase 1 (Summer): You will shadow senior leadership on active sales calls, learning project estimation, client relationship management, and the technical specifications of the construction industry.
Phase 2 (Fall/Winter): Upon successful completion of summer training, you will transition to running sales calls independently. At this stage, you will manage your own leads and closing processes.

Uncapped Earning Potential: This is a performance-driven role where first-year representatives have the potential to earn six figures.
Extreme Flexibility: We prioritize results over rigid hours. Our scheduling is designed to be highly adaptable, making it an ideal fit for students balancing a final semester or those with existing academic commitments.
Career Pathing: We are looking for candidates who intend to remain in the Lawrence or Kansas City area after graduation and are interested in long-term career growth within the firm.

Mobility: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle for travel between client sites throughout Lawrence and the KC Metro area.
Commitment: Planning to reside in the Lawrence/Kansas City area through the summer and post-graduation.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical construction concepts to a diverse client base.
Ambition: A self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage an independent schedule.
